- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial is completely self-serve with no payment details. You set up a Direct Debit only when you take your venue live.
- How do I pay for Fairground?
- By Bacs Direct Debit (via GoCardless). You get a proper VAT invoice each cycle, and pricing is a flat fee per venue — never a percentage of your revenue or a per-booking charge.
- Where does my customers’ money go?
- Directly to you. You connect your own Stripe or Revolut account and payments settle into it. Fairground never holds your takings.
- Can I use my own domain for the booking site?
- Yes. Every venue starts on yourvenue.fairground.live, and you can attach your own domain (like book.yourvenue.com) with a guided CNAME — certificates are issued and renewed automatically.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Set up a Direct Debit to continue, or your account drops to read-only until you do — your data and site content stay put.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No minimum term on monthly plans — cancel at the end of any billing period. Annual plans give you two months free.
