Pricing questions
- What counts as a venue?
- A live, bookable site in your organisation. You are billed per live venue on your next invoice — taking a venue offline reduces the count; there is no mid-cycle charge for adding one.
- Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
- No — prices exclude VAT. UK customers are charged 20% VAT on top; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged; customers outside the UK and EU are outside the scope of UK VAT.
- How does payment work?
- By Bacs Direct Debit via GoCardless, against a proper VAT invoice issued each billing cycle. No card on file, no surprise charges.
- Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
- Never. The subscription is a flat fee per venue. Card processing fees are between you and your payment provider (Stripe or Revolut), whose accounts you own.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Monthly plans run to the end of the current billing period, then stop — no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Your data remains exportable.
