This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If you email us (for example to book a demo), we keep your email and its contents to reply to you and for our records of the conversation, and for nothing else.

The Fairground product

When you create a Fairground account, we process your account details (name, email, organisation and venue details) to provide the service, and your billing details (address, VAT number, Direct Debit mandate held by our payment processor GoCardless) to bill you. We use these to operate your subscription — never for third-party advertising.

Data your venue holds about its guests (bookings, waivers, party details and so on) is your data: your organisation is the data controller and Fairground processes it on your instructions. The product includes built-in tools to export or erase a guest’s personal data to help you meet your own UK GDPR obligations.

Where data lives

Fairground is hosted in the United Kingdom/European Economic Area. We use a small number of processors to run the service — hosting, email delivery, payment collection (GoCardless) and invoicing (Xero) — each under their own data-processing terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Contact hello@getfairground.io and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
