Introducing Fairground: venue management with public pricing
Today Fairground opens for self-serve trials. If you run an inflatable park, a soft play centre, a trampoline park or any session-based family venue, you can sign up, set up your venue in an afternoon, and take your first online booking the same day — with the price on the website, not at the end of a sales call.
Why we built it
Independent venues end up running on a patchwork: a booking widget from one vendor, a till from another, paper waivers, a rota in a spreadsheet, and a monthly wrestle to get the numbers into the accounts. The platforms that do cover everything are built — and priced — for large multi-site groups.
Fairground covers the whole day-to-day in one system: a hosted, branded booking site for every venue; party packages with deposits, RSVP invites and prep sheets; an offline-first POS with proper X/Z reports; digital waivers and check-in; staff rotas with clock-in, timesheets and a Sage Payroll export; and a daily journal posted straight into Xero with payout reconciliation on top.
Priced like a tool, not a toll
A flat £175 per venue per month (10% off paid annually), excluding VAT, collected by Direct Debit against a proper VAT invoice. Every feature on every subscription — no revenue share, no per-booking fees, and your card takings settle into your own Stripe or Revolut account — never through us.
The trial is 14 days, needs no card, and nothing is deleted when it ends. We’d love you to try it with your real setup — and to hear what your venue needs next.
